Each episode features insightful discussions with industry professionals, alumni, and thought leaders, giving students an inside look at career pathways, emerging trends, and real-world strategies for success. The SHRM Student Chapter of Houston Christian University (HCU) proudly hosted distinguished representatives from Wycliffe Hall, University of Oxford, for a day of scholarly exchange, professional engagement, and interdisciplinary dialogue. The visit featured meaningful discussions on Christianity in Higher Education, Gen Z’s search for purpose in spiritual role models, and Oxford’s innovative “Renaissance Project.”

The chapter facilitated interactive discussions, campus tours, and a episode for their podcast, Beyond the Boardroom: SHRM Conversations, giving student members a unique opportunity to engage directly with international scholars.
